Hollyburn Properties Limited is a Canadian property management, real estate investment, and purpose-built rental development company founded in 1972. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company owns, develops, manages, and operates residential rental properties and commercial properties.

Its residential portfolio includes more than 70 rental apartment communities in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Ottawa, with more than 3,000 suites. Hollyburn also develops purpose-built rental housing and provides property management services for the properties it owns and operates.
