Founded in 2006 by Porter Lummus, the company operates as a vertically integrated real estate organization with activities covering acquisitions, financing, property management, and construction project management.

Inwood Holdings focuses on multifamily properties in larger markets in Georgia and surrounding states, targeting primarily properties that are five to 15 years old. The company owns and operates its real estate investments and also oversees property management through its subsidiary, Woodward Management Partners. Woodward Management Partners provides property management services for Inwood Holdings’ communities as well as selected multifamily properties owned by other investors.
